Upfront fees:
$45.00 - Application Fee (non-refundable)
$200.00 - Lease Initiation Fee (non-refundable after 72 hours)
$200.00 - Security Deposit (OAC, refundable)

In addition to base rent the other monthly fees are:
$70.00 - Google Fiber
$55.00 - Common Area Fee
$10.00 - Property Tax
$5.00 - Utility Processing Fee

Water, Gas, Common Electricity, and Trash billed separately.
You are responsible for your own individually metered electricity.

Optional (based on availability):
$65.00 - covered, reserved parking upgrade

We accept pets!
$200.00 - Pet Deposit (refundable)
$75.00 - Pet Fee (non-refundable)
$40.00 - Pet Rent / per pet, per month
