Upfront fees:
$45.00 - Application Fee (non-refundable)
$200.00 - Lease Initiation Fee (non-refundable after 72 hours)
$200.00 - Security Deposit (OAC, refundable)

In addition to base rent, the other monthly fees are:
$70.00 - Google Fiber Internet
$55.00 - Common Area Fee
$10.00 - Property Tax
$5.00 - Utility Processing Fee

You will pay for the electricity that is metered to your apartment. Water, Gas, Trash, and Common Area Electricity are divided between all residents and billed back separately (RUBS).
