Upfront fees:
$45.00 - Application Fee (non-refundable)
$200.00 - Lease Initiation Fee (non-refundable after 72 hours)
$200.00 - Security Deposit (OAC, refundable)

In addition to base rent, the other monthly fees are:
$70.00 - Fiber Internet
$55.00 - Common Area Fee
$10.00 - Property Tax
$5.00 - Utility Processing Fee

You are responsible for your own electricity metered to your apartment.
Utilities that are not individually metered such as water, trash, and common gas (heat, hot water) and electricity will be divided between all residents.
