Upfront fees:
$45.00 - Application Fee (non-refundable)
$200.00 - Lease Initiation Fee (non-refundable after 72 hours)
$200.00 - Security Deposit (OAC, refundable)

In addition to base rent the other monthly fees are:
$70.00 - Google Fiber Internet
$55.00 - Common Area Fee
$10.00 - Property Tax
$5.00 - Utility Processing Fee

You are responsible for your own electricity that is metered to your apartment. The utilities that are not individually metered (water/sewer, trash, and common area gas and electricity) will be billed back monthly.
