Initial fees include:

$200.00 - Lease Initiation Fee (non-refundable)
$200.00 - Security Deposit (OAC, refundable)

In addition to base rent the other monthly fees are:
$70.00 - Google Fiber
$55.00 - Common Area Fee
$10.00 - Property Tax Pass-Along
$5.00 - Utility Processing Fee

One covered and reserved parking space included!

You are responsible for electricity through Rocky Mountain Power and Gas through Dominion Energy.
Other utilities (water/sewer, trash, and common electricity) are divided between all residents and billed back.

We are a pet friendly community!!

$75.00 - Pet Fee (non-refundable)
