Initial fees include:
$45.00 - Application Fee
$200.00 - Lease Initiation Fee (non-refundable)
$200.00 - Security Deposit (OAC, refundable)

In addition to base rent the other monthly fees are:
$70.00 - Fiber Internet
$55.00 - Common Area Fee
$10.00 - Property Tax
$5.00 - Utility Processing Fee

Water, Gas, Common Area Electricity, and Trash will be billed separately.
You are responsible for electricity individually metered to your apartment.

$40.00 - Pet Rent (per pet / per month) 2 pets max
$200.00 - Pet Deposit (refundable)
$75.00 - Pet Fee (non-refundable)
